SCHEDULE
Known days off. Anticipate a flexible schedule; we operate an international fleet, so occasional weekend duty and travel are required.

RELOCATION
We operate a floating fleet of aircraft across the U.S. Our full-time maintenance staff, flight schedulers, and executive team work from our impressive headquarters in Memphis, TN. We offer a generous relocation package for a well-qualified candidate.

Lear 60

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficient in the use of tooling used to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data such as wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Thrive with minimal supervision

Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft, aircraft systems, and components
  • Perform various maintenance tasks; phase checks, engine changes, major landing gear inspections
  • Troubleshooting and repairs of aircraft systems
  • Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
  • Document maintenance, repair, and inspections performed
  • Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; occasional weekend duty, anticipate a flexible schedule, some travel

Education & Experience:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required
  • all experience levels welcome
  • Lear 60 experience preferred
  • NDT, FCC, or any other certifications are a plus

  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation maintenance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs

Maintenance Supervisor

Role Description

  • Supervise maintenance staff and operations to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of aircraft
  • Manage schedules to ensure adherence to preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
  • Coordinate timely repairs
  • Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
  • Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; occasional weekend duty, anticipate a flexible schedule, some travel

Education & Experience:
