AB Jets Welcomes New Leadership

We are pleased to announce that Dave Hardin has joined the AB Jets team and has been appointed as our new Director of Safety and Compliance. In his new role, Hardin will oversee AB Jets’ Safety Management System (SMS), ensure compliance with regulations, and spearhead new initiatives to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

Hardin’s appointment aligns with AB Jets’ broader strategy, which includes adding three Challenger 3500 aircraft in 2025. His focus on rigorous safety protocols will be instrumental as AB Jets prepares for the exciting fleet expansion and continues its legacy of excellence. His values-based philosophy includes teamwork and just culture, which are integral for championing safety initiatives during this growth period.

As a dedicated Safety Professional, Hardin has designed, written, and implemented multiple Safety Management Systems for domestic and international operations and consulted for foreign governments, driving positive change at home and abroad. As a pilot, he started his career flying for the U.S. Army, then served in the oil and gas industry, flight instruction, air ambulance, tourism, and charter operations. His management experience includes working as a Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, COO, and Director of Safety.
